Take Charge of your Diabetes

Laura Halladay, NDTR, Family & Consumer Sciences Educator, Ohio State University Extension, Greene County, will be joining us at the Fairgrounds Rec. Center Park to present information in reference to “Taking Charge of Your Diabetes”.

Learn more about the signs of diabetes, possible complications, and ways to manage the diagnosis, including simple steps and learning to prepare nutritious and tasty food.  This program is for those with diabetes or pre-diabetes and their family members or caretakers.

Laura will present helpful information and answer questions on the topic of diabetes.
