September is a great time for a walk through a prairie. Look for tall flowers and grasses, butterflies, spiders and praying mantids. Learn what prairies are and the benefits to having them.

Homeschool Science Days DISCOVERY HIKES  last one hour and cover seasonal topics such as wildflowers, habitats, animal tracking and more.There is a maximum number of 50 participants per hike time. Groups will then be divided into smaller sizes depending on staff and volunteer availability.
