Summer Camp

Come explore the wonderful animals that call our parks home! We will spend the week searching for wild critters in all sorts of habitats, exploring creative ways to tell about animal lives, and learning to care for and handle some of the GCP&T program animals. This program will include a field trip, details to follow.

Cooking over an open fire, tossing a tomahawk, and building your own shelter are all included in this week of outdoor adventure. Each camper will also receive their very own pocket knife. Campers will spend Thursday night with us at a campout. Tents, dinner, snack, and breakfast will be provided during the campout.

Come on down to the old Karohl Farm for a week filled with barnyard fun. We'll play games, make crafts, and have a farmtastic time! An adult is required to attend the camp and participate along with the child. Please only register the child for the program.
