Free

Bring your homeschool groups outside for hands-on science designed for all ages. Two programs are designed just for homeschoolers. They are called Homeschool Science Days and Homeschool Science Days DISCOVERY HIKES.

Homeschool Science Days DISCOVERY HIKES  last 90 minutes and cover seasonal topics such as wildflowers, habitats, animal tracking and more.  These discovery hikes are guided and will leave promptly at 10 am.  Late guests will have to catch up.  The hikes end at 11:30 am.

Dress for the weather. This program will be entirely outdoors, rain or shine.   There is a chance that participants may get muddy.

At least one adult must be present with each homeschool group.

Registration is no longer needed for the homeschool educational series.

DISCOVERY HIKE: Birds
The Spring migration is in full swing. Your homeschoolers will learn how to identify birds by their calls, behaviors, color patterns and more! Bring binoculars if you have them, a limited supply will be on hand to borrow for the hike. Starts at 10am sharp. If you’re late, go find us! No strollers.
