Improve Your Backyard!

Want to know how you can make your backyard

the best in the country?

There are a lot of ways to get involved in improving your Greene County Parks & Trails and we welcome all of them. Throughout the county, there are citizens and organizations who choose to contribute their time, talent, or treasure to the many initiatives we manage – all focused on making GCP&T the most amazing backyard in the country.

From volunteering to monetary contributions to event partnerships, our goal is to foster and celebrate a spirit of collaboration and family when it comes to our parks and trails. After all, there are thousands of acres and miles of trails that belong to you – and they provide remarkable, ongoing benefits to everyone.

Partnerships

GCP&T hosted events provide strong opportunities for building community

From companies to civic organizations, one of the ways you can promote your mission and drive community engagement is through a partnership with GCP&T hosted events. Events are planned throughout the year, creating opportunities during any season.

More than that, the diversity of GPC&T events invites a wide range of participants and those seeking new and exciting ways to enjoy life.

Charitable giving

High impact. Lasting value.

Individuals and organizations who give to GCP&T create legacies.

Some of the most amazing contributions to your parks and trails have come from your neighbors. Look no further than some of the parks in Greene County, all of which are the result of bequests from our fellow Greene County neighbors or companies.

But, you don’t have to leave your land or home to Greene County Parks & Trails. There are many ways to support the parks. From specific parks to activity-based initiatives such as improvement projects, we encourage you to call our office to share your vision and goals for contributing to Greene County’s parks and trails.
