This unique, rustic lodge is nestled in an inviting park
setting along the scenic Little Miami River. The lodge features
wood ceiling beams and a
massive fireplace and boasts a
large kitchenette/bar with refrigerator and microwave.
Ideal for groups up to 60 people.
What a perfect backdrop
for an indoor wedding ceremony, renewal of vows, anniversary celebrations,
birthday parties, dances or business seminars.
Deposit
Refundable damage deposit is required.
This
is a non-smoking facility.
The lodge is locked unless there is a rental; it is not open to the public. Unauthorized
use of the lodge will result in the loss of your deposit.
Amenities
This is an indoor facility that can be used year-round. It is heated
and has air conditioning.
There is seating for 60 at 10 (5') round
tables with two additional (6' x 3') rectangular tables. Tables and
chairs are to be left set up; do not stack them. The kitchenette/bar
area is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave only.
Indoor handicap-accessible
restrooms are available.
The lodge has a deck on two sides suitable
for outside seating with a river view.
The grounds have an adequate
grassy area for outdoor activities; volleyball, horseshoes, etc. (you
will need to provide your own equipment) and a small picnic area with 6
picnic tables.
An oversized grill is located behind the lodge for your use
during your rental.
A gas fireplace is provided.
DECORATIONS:
We suggest using string, twist ties or wire ties if you choose to decorate
(these need to be removed by the renter). Balloons may be attached
with string or ribbon (which need to be removed by the renter) or weighted. Please
do not use nails, staples, tape, putty, Velcro, tacks or any similar item
which may permanently damage the lodge. Bubbles may be used, but no
confetti, glitter, rice, bird seed, petals or any item to be thrown or released. All
decorations must be removed by the renter. Signs, etc. are not to
be attached to park signs or placed on the lawn area. There will be
a charge for damage and any additional clean up required for removal of
decorations, etc.
Availability
Lodge rentals are available daily except for Thanksgiving - April 1.
Rental hours are 10 a.m. - 12 Midnight
Fees
Non-Prime Time (Monday - Thursday) - $200 (R), $225 (NR)
Prime Time (Weekends & Holidays) - $275 (R), $300 (NR)
Refundable deposit must be paid upon key pick-up for all rentals
Make Advanced Reservations
By making advanced reservations,
your group will be guaranteed use of the site.
To ensure your group's use of a site on the date you want,
make reservations now for up to one year in advance by calling 937-562-6440.
Refund Policy
No refund will be given for a Lodge rental cancelled 1-30
days prior to the rental date.
A refund of 1/3 the rental amount will
be given 31-60 days prior to rental date; 2/3 the rental amount for 61-90
days prior to rental date. A fee will be charged for all other cancellations.
